The denim jacket is a classic wardrobe staple, and oh so versatile. Wear a Juicy Couture denim jacket over a colorful faux wrap dress and accessorize with turquoise and silver like I’m doing. They aren’t just for young women and any denim jacket will add a bit of an edge to a classic ensemble. They come in all lengths and fabrics, from the shorter, more cropped jacket, to a longer coat length; they can have a bit of stretch or be stiff to add structure to your look.
A denim jacket is the perfect complement to a Platinum-colored wardrobe (summer), as it is a blue-gray. But I find I can wear a dark blue denim and there is a denim jacket shade for every color palette, with jacket colors like white, gray, green, rose, and black.
I’m always on the lookout for new styles and shapes, and I have found some different denim jacket silhouettes for cool spring nights. You can throw a denim jacket or coat over skirts, sequined dresses, everyday tee shirt and jeans, and yes, you can even wear denim on denim. There’s a denim jacket for every body size, shape, and personality. The more you wear them, the better they look!
