Jeans have been my go-to for my entire adult life. I enjoy all the different styles — from skinny ankle jeans to wide-legged flared. But I must admit that after several months of working from home wearing more relaxed bottoms, I’m not in the mood to wear the usual skinny jeans. So, I set about looking through my closet for pants I can wear to run errands and visit my daughter and her family — other than jeans (or sweatpants!).

I found many favorites, including my olive green Cotelac paperbag waist pants, pull on faux leather pants, and wide leg linen pants. Comfortable, chic, and different.

I’m sure you have pants other than jeans hanging in your closet. Why not pull them out and put together some creative outfits that are classy, comfy, and carefree?

Here are some more pant styles to consider. I’ve purposely looked for pants made by sustainable companies (including H&M, who is being surprisingly sustainable), as I’ve been exploring ways to become a more responsible consumer.
