We’re well into Fall 2015, so I thought I’d give you a few tips on how to incorporate some beautiful, new fall colors into your wardrobe.
Every season Pantone announces the color palette that fashion designers will be using. This fall 2015 season focuses on earthy neutrals with a range of bold color statements and patterns to reflect a landscape of hope, fun, fantasy and all things natural.
If you want to pick one or two new fall colors and incorporate them into your wardrobe, it’s good to keep in mind which of these colors are neutrals, and therefore will easily complement the colors in your closet, and which colors are bold statements that will give your outfits a pop of color and pizazz!
Here is a preview of fall colors and how you might incorporate them into your existing wardrobe:
Play with Cadmium Orange (pictured below) — be daring and pair an orange blouse with electric blue pants, add a POP OF COLOR to your wardrobe with a striped orange and white, oversized sweater; throw an orange fringed purse over your shoulder; or pair burnt orange with neutral khakis for a natural, warm look.
Incorporate New Fall Colors Into Your Wardrobe
Designers are expanding on trends we saw last spring and fall: suede, laced-up shoes, pleats, fringe, fur and athleisure (fancy sweats!). Integrate these items into your wardrobe in a way that feels authentic to you. Fashion is a representation of who you are and should reflect your personality—this is just a little inspiration.
Which of these colors excites you the most?
