Whew! We made it!!!! I don’t know about you, but I have experienced a significantly transformational year. The journey my husband and I embarked on this year caused us to completely let go of expectations and jump into a dynamic, flowing process of change. Everything has changed as a result. Where we live. What we do. Our local friends. Speaking of friends, we had an outpouring of support and encouragement this year, and we couldn’t have made this move from California to New Mexico without the help from our friends and family. You know who you are…I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Since the move, I’ve realized it doesn’t matter materially where I live. My body is made of cells and energy that are constantly transported through space and time. So, now my body lives in the high desert at 7,000 foot elevation with snow on the ground! But my soul is the same as it was on the California coast at sea level. It doesn’t matter to my soul which part of the world I live in. I know my surroundings are different, but inside I am still intact — for the most part. However, my body does NOT like the cold, but it is adapting with the help of fleece and Patagonia!

During this year, I’ve had to dig deep to keep hold of my inner guidance. Even when things seemed to not work out I knew that we would end up where we were supposed to be. And indeed we have.

What I have learned through this transformation journey is to keep my body, mind, and soul tightly bundled so that all parts of me stay intact. Every day as I move forward into the mystery I will bring this strategy into every aspect of my life. This is what I have been teaching for ten years as a stylist — it’s so critical to tightly bundle your inner personality and strengths with your outer appearance. When you do this, it is powerful! You feel more confident and ready to take on whatever life has to offer. I’ve taught hundreds of women how to do this in a very easy to follow 4-step virtual style course. I’m looking forward to next year, as it will ring in a new addition to our family! My daughter, whom the ladies in the Style Club met during one of my style talks, is having a baby boy next June. Woohoo!!! New beginnings…the cycle of life.
