I LOVE my Style Resource Team Ladies. They’re the BEST. I asked them to come up with their favorite things, and they delivered! This is the time of year we’re all looking for something special we can make or give to the people we love. I love giving gifts, but I also love creating experiences, because when you share an experience it lasts forever. Here are some things you can give to others, as well as to yourself!

I love cascading hangers because they have really helped me get my closet organized. Clothes stay on the hangers, and don’t get pinch marks. (Aff link)
I also love Linda’s Color Cards. I mean, I have saved so much money NOT buying colors that make me look so terrible I never wear the thing! These color cards, and just knowing your color palette, are the BEST bargain anywhere. I encourage anyone who hasn’t had her colors done since the 80s to take her virtual course, Color Me Stylish!, and you’ll receive your Color Card Package. I use my color card to organize my closet, buy new pieces, and create color combinations.

My favorite thing is this great closet jewelry organizer in natural canvas with 80 pockets! It’s super slim, so it takes up very little room in your closet, BUT you can see everything all at once. This is why you don’t wear your jewelry, because you can’t see it! I recommend getting 4 or 5 of them for different kinds of jewelry (earrings, pins, necklaces, sets) and different finishes. Sherri Preston’s Favorite Thing
If you love an animal print, it’s not too hard to find the style you’re looking for these days but to find style, comfort, and the perfect fit is not as easy. This top is my favorite for those reasons. It’s also ‘forgiving’ when it needs to be and machine washable. Need I say more? (Aff link)
Lisa Liguori’s Favorite Thing
I love the winter holidays. And each year I create a new limited edition collection/palette to help us celebrate. Gingerbread. Pumpkin Pie Spice. Candy Cane. Each of these are a collection of multi-tasking beauties: eyes, lips, cheeks, and highlight. I bring them in only for the holidays. And afterwards, they go to hibernate for the remainder of the year.

My favorite thing is Color Street, Press On Nail Color. No surprise here! Tired of the cost of nail salons, unhappy with acrylic nails, can’t get a nice looking home manicure? Then Color Street may be for you. 100% nail polish, press-on nail strips!!! No drying time and no smudges. Request a free sample here.
Bea Rigsby Kunz’s 2 Favorite Things
One of my favorite things is a Porch Swing. When I’m tired, stressed or just want to bask in all things lovely…the porch swing has built in therapy vibes, one simply cannot think negative thoughts while swinging!
My other favorite thing is enjoying holiday events or just day to day feeding of your happy home crew. This takes some thought and pre-planning. Simple snacks that don’t equate to junk food are easy if we are serious about a cleaner/healthier holiday this year. I know from having boys, the male species are harder to feed than girls….has to have some substance if you aim to impress and satisfy the hunger!!
This Jalapeno-Pecan Mustard Butter (recipe below) is something that can work for breakfast/brunch, snack or dinner…..I keep a jar of this in my frig all season…YUMMY!! Here are some of my favorite healthy holiday dessert recipes.
Ros Bakst’s Favorite Thing
My favorite thing is definitely to have a LBD (little black dress!) as a part of my capsule wardrobe! Dressed up or down, it is the most versatile item ever. Pictured below, my daughter, wearing one of our custom designed dresses. We do color, too!

My Favorite Thing: CUVVA Hair Fibers – Hair Loss Concealer for Thinning Hair
I’ve never had thick hair. In fact, I’ve always had thin spots. Over the years, as many of you probably have experienced, these thinning areas have gotten even thinner. When I want a quick fix, I sprinkle this on my “bad” areas for a few seconds. My hair looks fuller and I can style it the way I want to. This has been so helpful to me. The concealer comes in many different colors. I get the medium brown since I’m always changing my hair color, and there is usually some brown in it! It washes out with shampoo, and stays in well, even when I sweat. I’ve used other hair thinning concealer powders, and this is my favorite. If you’re looking for a fast way to cover thin spots and make your hair look fuller, this is a great choice. Get it here: https://amzn.to/2MZapdS (Aff link)
Linda Waldon’s Favorite Thing
My favorite thing is also a splurge I made recently and I love it so much! The Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer is engineered to protect hair from extreme heat damage, dries super fast, and gives my hair a smoothness and shine I never got before. With my curly hair, I use a diffuser and have to be very careful not to over dry or stress my hair (especially living in the dry, high desert). This dryer is the best! Put this on your Christmas Wish list. (Aff link)
I also want to add a final Favorite Thing that isn’t an object. It’s an experience. I LOVE spending time with a girlfriend. Even though I love spending time with my husband — we’ve had many wonderful adventures together — it’s different with a girlfriend. My favorite thing to do with a girlfriend is (big surprise) to hit about 5 or 6 consignment and thrift stores, where we try on all kinds of clothes that are way outside our signature style boundaries, laughing so hard we fall on the floor, then we go get a juicy burger and fries! Decadent and playful fun!!
A lot of good stuff here!!
I must closer at this hair dryer….
